My name is Richard Telles and I want to take a moment to express my concern with the feel-good news touting the economic recovery. Sure, there are plenty of signs indicating that there is a slight recovery happening. No one can deny however that a lot of the jobs lost within the past 2-3 years are gone for good. If you made $20, $30, or even $40 an hour at one point in your life with a "real job" and had the unfortunate experience of being laid off due to cutbacks DO NOT expect to ever find a similar paying job.

Tough to accept? You bet! Of course there are always exceptions to this, but unless you are highly skilled and experienced, your job has been ELIMINATED for good. I say this not to be harsh because I know this is a situation others and myself have found themselves in. This is extremely hard to accept for most people. However, if you are different and refuse to be a victim of the "bad economy" please continue.

Do you have an idea for a product or service? Are you currently running a business? Are you in the performance business and need to self-promote? Maybe you just want a creative outlet to showcase your talents or hobbies. If so you MUST have a website. Its essential to your financial success no matter how you decide to achieve the ultimate goal of financial independence.

Is being financially independent one of your life goals? Maybe money is not important to you but one can't deny it is needed to get what we really want out of life. More time with the family or loved ones? Want to pursue your education? Travel abroad? If so then being financially independent should be one of your most important goals.
